Private Annual Lease Camping - on your very own 1/2+ acre riverfront campsite available for recreational use only. Our private annual camping leases are designed for large families or groups of friends and they offer unlimited “paid-up” recreational camping for the entire year. Up to ten (10) adults, age 16 and older, plus an unlimited number of kids, age 15 and younger, can enjoy full privileges. Prices range from $2500-$3100/year, depending on site selection, and this includes all mowing and general maintenance. That's only $250-$310 per adult while every kid gets in free.
We offer a concrete boat ramp located directly on the river, a 500’ deep water well and a camper dump station so you can easily fill and empty your tanks. Annual RV/camper usage permits and storage permits are available with plenty of long term storage located above the 100-year floodplain. You can even store your boat and utility trailer year-round either inside or out. To compliment your camping experience, we sell ice & firewood and we rent kayaks & paddleboards. Plus, our lease members are always welcome to invite additional friends and/or family to join their fun!
We are a locked and gated community sitting on a large 100 acre riverfront property. Having controlled access provides a secure environment for families, friends, children and pets. All visitors must either be invited by a member or else have an camping reservation with management in order to enter the property. Please understand that drive-throughs and walk-ins are not accepted.
